I have always loved pottery.  Before I began to make it, I collected it.  Inspiration for my vessels originates from the beautiful place in which I live.  I grew up in the Biltmore area of Asheville, NC, enjoying the distinct seasonal changes, the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and the gracious and kind people of my town.  These reasons are still present as I continue to live and work in the same area today.
